23/03/2020 - Paolo Francesco, USDEFINITELY A GREAT HOTEL WITH EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFFThe staff of the hotel was absolutely amazing: everyone is very nice and helpful in everything. the hotel is gorgeous, the structure is incredibly particular and fascinating and the position is of course great. only flows may be a slightly small gym (which is absolutely not a problem, and nonetheless has everything you need in it), but there is a wonderful spa compensating for that. my room was wonderful, i was almost sad to leave it.
